Purchased a new mattress on July 30th. I have complained to the store manager - Jamie - since August 20th this was not a cheap mattress by the way. It is sinking on both sides and not a mattress that can be flipped. On the third occasion of complaining he sent someone out to take pictures, haven't heard a word since. Tried to call and he is never there. Go to the web site and can't even email or contact anyone. Learned an expensive lesson, Don't support local business, they don't care about customers or customer service.
