I ordered a drive motor, which is suppose to be one complete motor assembly, for a treadmill. Their parts diagram lists the motor as #43, shows the flywheel as part of the unit. The part number is 6020675. They issued me a motor, part number 6020676 and a separate flywheel part number 6001431. The flywheel was the wrong part. When I contacted them about the part, they said I would have to send it back to them, AT MY COST, with a picture of the right part. I asked why I should pay the $19.39 FedEX return charge. They said that is their policy and I agreed to it when purchasing the item. I went to their site again and if you look at fine print on bottom of page and click on returns. Not mentioning wrong parts. It said returns are paid by buyer. If it was their problem sending me the wrong part why should I pay for the return and I would be charged for them sending me the new part. I believe that they are cheating customers and should be made to disclose this information before accepting an order or at least bring your attention to this matter. I refused to send the unit back at my cost.
