The project started to go bad when after demolition, the electrical was not completed, the plumbing was never completed, the floor was not made level and incorrectly-leaving large gaps between the tile and floor (not removing trim), then the walls were not patched or smoothed and the removed wall not left awkward. Even though walls were not completed but the cabinets went up unleveled and not spaced correctly. All the while, I paid the deposit, paid after the tile and paid only a portion of the balance after the cabinets since all the previously mentioned was completed despite that per the contract they should have been completed. Then he canceled twice after I took off work and blocked off my Saturday for the work to be completed and I have not hear from him since.
