Hey Kristen! How about you find out what the whole story is before you act like a you know what. Last time I saw your facility it looked like a ghost town so I know you guys need the business, especially now that everyone knows how "average" your windows really are. They aren't any better than the average Pella or BetterBilt you can buy at a big box store. You were probably brought up in Ocala so you don't know how to be professional on the phone. But you could definitely benefit from some business education or at least a few pointers on etiquette. Wait, what am I saying? Your last name is probably Qwik so it doesn't matter how dumb or rude you are.
