Regret calling the company Horizon Carpet Cleaning. They should be out of business. When they walked in they saw the carpet dirty, they stated it would have to be deep scrub cleaning, they gave my husband a demonstration of how the carpet would come out.
The gentleman called his boss to get a quote on the price because we had a coupon for regular steam clean 5 rooms for 34.95. The quote was for 125.00 I said no way because it was too much money, then the big boss stated 100. If we give his name out to other people, I really declined because they were actually an hour and a half late.
If you do business you are not late to an appointment. When they left the apartment we went upstairs to look at therooms and noticed the carpets were still dirty. The guys said that I would need to do deep cleaning and it would be 10. A spot.
I stated to do the living room because it needed it the most so we paid 30. Oo extra, and I told the guy i needed it cleaned because I wanted my security deposit back. The guy said of course you will. He also had a female in training that would get the water for the machine.
Realizing now that they didnt even use any type of professional liquids, they only used water that would come out one way and go in the other way and just be sucked up and dumped out on the grass.
They are rip offs, Liars, frauds and We would never recommend them. Do it your self if you want the job done right. DO NOT use this company...
