My husband and I purchased a new bedroom suite in July. It is now november and we are still trying to get a repairman to our house when we can be at home. We are off on tuesdays, the repairman is only in our area on fridays. Both of us work late usually on fridays, we are home in the morning, I can request a morning appt, but they can't promise you that they will be there in the morning. I haft to be to work by 1:30 on friday's.

First the furniture was delivered broken, had to reorder, that was delivered the following week. They put everything together it looks really beautiful. But the light switch is broken and a rep came out to look at it in Sept, said yep it's broke, I'll need to order another one. I asked how long that would take, at least three weeks. It did, called to make an appointment, another three weeks of waiting. Had an appointmnt for Nov 14th, levutz called and cancelled, the repairman was sick. I think my next step will be Channel 4 News.

Maybe that will get their attention. And I'll finally get it fixed. Any Suggestions?
