InJune of I entered into a contractwith Hugh Price and Alex Davidon doing business as Southern homes outlet and Davidson construction.
This was for the construction and setup of a two story modular home. We were guaranteed that Davidson was an experienced contractor.
We were guaranteed that the residence would be completed six weeks after the residence was delivered to the property.
The residence was delivereed on August 30. The residence was places onto the foundation by the use of a crane.
Davidson and HortonHomes Inc. Crane operators and setup personel left the front of the residence two inchs off of the foundation.
This caused the residence to have a two inch gap between the front and back halves of the residence.
The residence was left open on the ends after Alex davidson and Hugh Price were told to cover because of impending rain.
On the following sunday a rain storm started and rain came into the his caused damage to the cieling, walls and staircase.
The plumbimg was done by an employee of Horton Homes, who was a floor installer. This person was hired by Price and Davidson.
We constantly attempted to get Horton Homes to help with little help from them.
The paint and sheetrock work is at best substandard. We have sewage smell coming into the residence because of the bad plumbing job.
We were told by Horton homes that they did not set our residence. They have since admitted that they did set the resdence.
Horton Homes inc. States that There is a Difference when purchasing there homes. This is true.
When you purchase a Horton Home or Dynasty Home, the difference is how bad the home will be installed and how bad Horton Homes inc. Will not stand behind thier product and workmanship.
I would not recommend anyone buying a residence from Horton Homes inc. Or Hugh Price doing business as Dynasty Homes aka Southern Homes Outlet inc.
I would not recomend Alex Davidson for any kind of work.
