Received my order and failed to provide the product after one month, Refuses to issue credit, refuses to return calls. Burlinton

We are a service K9 training company specializing in providing assistance dogs for kids with disabilities. We operate on a very tight budget. We started an obstacle course project that is sorely needed to train our dogs and part of the project was night time, outdoor lighting. We ordered lights from ATG, Lighting Universe to save money and get our product fast so we could start training our dogs.

I placed a lighting order with this company on July 2nd and never received the products. There was reportedly a shipment made but we never received anything. We were advised after repeated calls that the order was returned to the manufacturer and we would be issued a credit when it arrived. The product was received back at the manufacturer on July 19, and no credit was ever issued.

Every attempt at reconciliation with ATG has failed and they simply say they will check on the status of my credit "tomorrow" and call me with the details. They never call or email. Whenever I call now to ask for a manager, I am told no manager is available and they will call me back. Of course, I receive no calls.

The total credit due is $790.30 and it appears that I will never receive it.

Any help I might receive from your company would be greatly appreciated.
