Misleading labeling and refuse to honor agreement

Delivered a natural product when catalog stated orange. Completely declined to pay for my delivery of $75 simply because they claim I ought to have requested a swatch. Pardon me, but when anything is marketed as orange and green is delivered, it is their error!
