I have been going to this salon for about a year and a half, only getting my eyebrows done. The salon staff are very polite, however when a mistake is made, it becomes your issue. I went in for a simple hair color, my hair was light brown, I wished to be a chocolate brown, my hair is very straight and healthy. I paid 150 dollars because she said it would technically be a color correction even though there was no previous color on my hair. It became brown with a blue green tint. She said that this would fade over a few weeks, and I believed her.
After a few weeks, nothing had become of the hair, but green/blue. She made me pay another 20 dollars to have re-done, which in fact still didn't remove the blue. She then suggested I pay again to have foils done to bleach out the blue. And now refuses to acknowledge they were to ones who made the mistake. I called to straighten out the matter, and I was very shy to call, but I was treated with the most vile attitude I've ever experienced from a professional. She took this as an insult, and hung up on me saying there is nothing more to discuss and goodbye. Very good service if you ask me.
