We recently used Arizona Flooring Solutions to redo every floor in our house. While we were very pleased with all the installers used, we can honestly say that we were not pleased with the owners of this flooring business. Not once, in the almost two weeks that it took to install our new floors, did one of the owners call us or stop by to inspect the work being done. We don't live that far from their store - in fact you can get to our house in under 15 minutes. We spent a large sum of money on these floors; almost 30K (cash). You'd think that that would rate even a phone call to see how everything was going. Nope. Nada. Nothing!
It also almost takes an act of Congress to get them to return phone calls. We had a few questions concerning our floors, and we had to make several calls just to get an answer. It was like pulling teeth.
I can honestly say that we will not be recommending Arizona Flooring Solutions to anyone who might ask us for a recommendation. It's a shame really. Their installers, especially the tile guys, were top-notch. We couldn't be more pleased with this fine group of men (the installers, not the owners).
It's sad, in this day and age, that customer service has taken a back seat. A phone call is so easy to make and it gives us, the people spending lots of money, a nice feeling to think that we matter, in some small way, to this business.
