I ordered a hand held vacuum on 12/25/10 and received my confirmation that my order had been received and that I should expect it to arrive on 1/7/10. It did not, nor did I EVER received any sort of update or follow up. I called customer service around 1/11/10 and was told that the item wasn’t in the online stock anymore and was literally sitting at a retail store but no one had gotten around to sending it out to me. I waited on hold for at least 10 minutes and was told someone would call me back to update me. That never happened. I called back this morning - 1/19/10 to follow up and was told that a message would be sent to whoever held my goods and they'd get back to me today. It's 3:41 and I finally called back after no return call - shocker - and told them I was cancelling my order and buying it from Best Buy. Pretty pathetic Sears. No wonder your online ratings are so bad!!!
