In May we purchased a Portable Spa Package, X-Caliber Spa from this company. My husband is on disability because of back, hip and knee problems. The physician thought a spa would help him with physical theraphy and seeing we live so far out, our own would be best. We talked to John, the salesman and told him what we needed. Not the cheapest, but the best value, and what my husband problems were. We paid $2499, for what we thought was a good spa. They were to hold it until the deck was finished, but brought it and put it in the driveway and said just to plug it in and fill it and it would be ready to go. HA HA
We have had two spas from these people before, so we thought, No Problem. The book we received with the tub was not for the model we purchased, but we set it up and filled it. It never ran for 10 minutes at a time, then the running time got shorter and shorter. They came out weeks later to fix it and didn't, came out again, still not working. They said it was wired wrong even though the book said, pulg into 110, as we did. We paid to have a new 110 wired direct to the hot tub. Still nothing. After about the fifth time my husband requested another tub. They brought one and again said just plug it in and fill up. Not working again,
We call, two weeks later the service man comes out, new spa pack. He leaves and water is pouring out the houseing. Two more weeks go by, he fixes that, now no heat, two more weeks, left a loose wire. Fixed that, now controls aren't working right, called two weeks ago, no word. The tub has been broken more than useable since we got it. Going to try to get them to upgrade this tub, don't want another like it. It has been 6 months and we haven't enjoyed this spa for one week without problems. Never again for this company!!
