Failed to respond to follow-up request for goods paid fo

I made an on-line purchase (and paid for it, via PayPal) for a garage door remote unit and keypad on May 27. As of Friday, June 4 I have not heard from them - even after calling their toll-free number (which would not accept incoming messages -as it was already "full").
