I paid this guy over $25,000 for an inground pool. He started out by wanting a deposit, then so much after each portion of the pool was complete. He completed the first parts very quickly, then left me hanging with promises of we'll be back, and then not showing up. Then I found out they didn't square the pool up, so it half of it had to be dug back up. Which they finally did, five monthe later. So thats where it stands now. I have $25,000 invested in a poorly dug (per another pool company) hole. I signed my contract in December. It's now June.
