My husband quit working for Meissner Construction 4 mos. Ago and still have not gotten his final paycheck!!! He is owed for a full weeks pay, plus a day. He is also still owed fuel expenses. This totals to over $900. The owner Chuck Meissner refuses to pay. We have contacted him many, many times about this. But he says he will not pay it.
