Todd Twine Construction was hired to work on our home. During that time, the owner showed up for work unprepared and only worked a few hours at a time. Constantly late and always making promises that were never kept. We wasted weeks before the work was close to being done. I myself started helping to get this guy out of my home, picking up after his messes and litter left in my home. I provided all the product for the job as well including my time to purchase and transport which was not deducted from the total bill. He would constantly complain about how bad this job is, how he won't make any money at it, and complaining to me about his other clients and how "sucky" they are. When it came for him to finally finish the job, it was done with the utmost of accuracy.
When I brought other contractors by they left me with a sinking feeling that this person is an amature and I have been taken to the cleaners. After this, I changed the locks on my door. He decided to quickly ask me for my final payment right then and there even before he managed to not clean up the mess he made. Chemicals everywhere, litter left behind, with no offer to clean the mess. When I refused to pay, I was threatened. My home was vandalized the very next day.
Todd Twine is a complete disorganized liability. Bottom line, do not do business with Todd Twine Construction.
