I Had Purchased Several Appliances From The Company Named Herein On - 5/23/07 In Which During Purchase, I Had Also Purchased Extended Warrenties Upon That Exact Date, Included In The Items I Had Purchased On 5/23/07 Were A Frigidaire Refridgerator, Gas Stove, Dishwasher, And Overhead Microwave Oven, In Which Since The Beginning Of My Ownership Of The Above Appliances, Purchased From The Company Named Herein My Relatonship With The Company Since Day 1 Has Been Rather Non-Existant And Purely Troublesome At Best, Due To Poor Business Ethics And Practice Standards! Upon Delivery Of The Appliances, In The Very Beginning Of My New Ownership, It Seemed Like The Appliances Were Installed Wrong Including The Dishwasher And Grossly Important Matter Of The Overhead Microwave Oven, As The Installation Included Improper Wiring Of The Overhead Microwave Oven, In Which Presented A Major Fire Hazard And Potential Loss Of Life! I Deem This Important Upon The Safety Of My Family Who Had Been Present During The Time Period Of The Improper Wiring!
Recently, While Refinishing My Kitchen Cabinets, I Had An Additional Profound Discovery In The Kitchen Regarding The Original Installation Of The Overhead Microwave, In Which During The Original Installation Of The Overhead Microwave, It Was Installed Without Any Connection To The Existing Exhaust Fan Outlet, And Its Obvious The Appliance Had Never Been Connected During The Original Installation Period! A Few Months Ago Upon 2/22/10 I Had Contacted The Customer Service Department Regarding This Matter And Had Once And For All Been Frustrated Once Again With The Results Of Remaining Diplomatic Through This Whole Ordeal With The Company Named Herein, And I Am Getting Sick Of Being Without A Microwave, However Had Politely Asked Of Them To Refund My Original Amount I Had Paid For The Microwave And The Extended Warrenty, As Due To The Improper And Careless Installation, The Extended Warrenty Has Been Absolutely Useless As I Just Want To Replace This Overhead Microwave, Obviously Purchasing This Product Elsewhere! As Of Recent, The Computor Board And Display Are Non-Working, And Really Dont Find It In My Financial Interest, To Buy A New Overhead Microwave And Warrenty Out Of My Own Pocket!
The Original Installation, Has Always Been An Issue, As In The Past, I Had Been Submitted A Check From The Company, As I Was Merely Sent The Original Installation Charges, As To Hire A Licensed Electrical Contractor To Re-Wire A New Circuit Adequit To Power The Microwave (Code Approved) In Another Past Incident, The Refridgerator Was Not Working Correctly, And From Past Experience With This Appliance Warranty And Hassle, I Chose To Hire A Qualified Repair Co. To Repair It, And Not The Appliance Co. I Purchased The Refrigerator From Originally (This Was Not Cheap!) And Also In The Past The Installation Of The Dishwasher Was Also Incorrect, And Rather Then Enduring The Hassle Of The Appliance Co. Named Herein, I Went Out And Purchased A New One From A Reputable Appliance Co.in Which Was Purely Out Of My Pocket With Warranty Expenses As Well. I Deem The Installation Of My Past Appliances From The Appliance Company Named Herein, As Merely A Danger To My Household And I Wisely Choose Not To Have Them In My Home Again! My Wants Are Simple, However I Choose To Include A Refund Of The Warrenty Of The Improperly Installed Dishwasher Also!
