Luke, employee of Titan Granite, brought his work truck transmission in to our shop to be rebuilt. They have been rude everytime they have called because apparently it took to long for there transmission to get done. Well when the transmission was done we called them to come pick it up and they said they couldn't.By the was Jenni Hambright talked it sounded like they didn't have the money to pay for it. But the whole time we had there transmission they were complaining that it took to long... Silly I know. It's been done for days now and is still sitting on the pallet ready to be picked up. We just want our money for the job, and I am assuming they want there transmission. Please be aware of this company Titan Granite and don't let them rip you off somehow. Watch out for Jenni Hambright, she will curse you out over the phone and make false accusations about you to other people. Luke will be unprofessional and talk to you like you are an idiot.
