After prior assurances by Roman (the proprietor) that he would do a proper rebuilt transmission installation, I.C.E. IMPROPERLY installed my rebuilt transmission and took NO responsibility for their incompetent work immediately afterwards. The rebuilt transmission was later professionally examined and forensically diagnosed by the rebuilt
transmission company and rendered damaged due to faulty installation procedures; I subsequently had no choice but to have a competent transmission specialist do the correct job at the expense of yet another rebuilt transmission and additional labor charge. I strongly advise anyone to beware of this repair shop; their personal assurance/guarantee
is absolutely worthless.
