I purchased a rebuilt transmission for my dodge pickup truck 3 years ago. This past week the transmission started surging and bucking between 35mph and 40mph. I took my truck back to the the repair shop I deal with where I purchased the Jasper Transmission for examination. They told me the transmission kept jumping in and out of overdrive was the cause of the surging and bucking. The repair shop contacted the Jasper Company and were told that the warranty on my transmission had expired by one month. They were not responsible for the transmission I purchased any longer. But I had the option of buying another transmission from them with a new warranty.
