I'd DirecTv at my last rental home. I'd the support from June until I place the account on-hold for six months, in March of having a $68 credit on my bill. Even tho I invested large $ about the 3 containers I'd in the home, one a DVR, I had been informed I'd to deliver all of them back or get billed for them upon cancelation. (assumed I had been currently billed for them?) So Drive I named to stop the consideration (producing continuous reminders and so I wouldnt neglect, cause they didnt phone)
And So I was On Holiday at that time and didnt get property to get a handful of months. Named and questioned if that was okay to hold back to deliver the containers also it was, based on the woman I spoke to. They delivered me return containers, so when I got house, there is merely a return box for just one container. And so I named. They stated today I just owed one pack, the DVR. (yay, little triumph) And So I delivered the container after I got home.
Meanwhile they charged me to get a month of support in a home that I dont stay at anymore. Additionally they billed me $175 for that container I "never" delivered. With FedEx tracking number in pull, I named, they finially corrected the charge for that additional month, and stated that fundamentally the cost for that container might get eliminated. HA.
So then, I believe since I'd that annoying small credit on my consideration, they charged me $60 for an earlier cancelation fee. But I've had my consideration for just two years you state? Actually in addition to the 6-month suspension? But that devotion doesn't depend. Trigger in June I bought another box and taken care of another space and that I ended the consideration in April 2 weeks afraid of the Dec agreement which aparently got restored using the new container. Today they NEVER explained I'd a brand new agreement, cause I'd prepared my move-out day accordinly to not have these costs, with some of my uitilities. Therefore after three years with DirecTv, they still wouldnt help me out.
"Well it's today our plan to see our clients of that." said the woman.
"Well think about individuals who you didn't tell?" Claims I
"Well we ought to have informed you." says the woman.
"Huh? Which means you must have?" says I.
"Yes Mamn." Claims she.
"however, you didnt?" Claims me.
"No Mamn."
"So I still need to spend the charge.
"Yes mamn."
"Best in Client Satisfaction" my tail! Which means you spend should you choose and also you spend should you don't. Please search elsewhere for Television company. I understand that DTV has all of the great chanels, however, you pay dearly. They've sooooooo several costs, it's rediculous. Even better, purchase some publications! Or some films! Or perhaps a great web connection which means you don't require these selfish bastards at-all!
