On 5/2/09, Dave Williams came to our home in Overland Park, KS to discuss "Waterless Grass" applications on our property. Williams had an example of the artificial grass which my spouse had regarded as section of a in a shop named Periodic Ideas (we've not a problem together). At our home, Williams showed us numerous images of preceding careers he'd completed (allegedly) and offered us a brochure for Waterless Grass.
Throughout The trip to our home on 5/2/09, it was agreed that Williams/Midwest Golfscapes would install a base, install Waterless Grass, river rock, and associated items needed to complete the project discussed in a little part of our home. The bet was for $1362 which also involved elimination of current crops and all dirt. Williams requested to get a deposit of $782 and we originally offered him our creditcardnumber. Subsequently Williams named us and requested to get a check alternatively made due to his buddy, Phil Williams. We offered him a sign in the quantity of $782 on 5/5/09. We originally were informed the Waterless Grass could be obtained in about 14 days.
Within The next many weeks, there is one wait after another - rainfall, injured employee, he was short-handed, etc., etc. Numerous telephone calls weren't responded, communications were left. The only path Williams might react was by text. Lastly, in late July, Williams turned up oneday to get rid of the present crops and cleanup the region. He also positioned gravel where the aged crops and shrubs were eliminated. He was subsequently designed to return to deploy the grass and water stone.
The job was never finished and today we've more of the clutter than we'd before. Again I created numerous unanswered telephone calls. Lastly, on 8/1/09 by text message, I requested a return. It was almost 3 complete weeks after we achieved an arrangement. I received text back declaring we'd get a reimbursement but that's not occurred.
Here are a few texts I saved from Williams: 8/1/09 "U may w contactd on mon and reimbursement may w released! I'll clarify the conditions to u whenever we speak! In my opinion u may have greater knowledge. Sorry!" - 8/5/09 "You will recieve it n next few days!" - 8/10/09 "U may have ive only been waitn 4 aged companion to gve me cash" - 8/14/09 "you need to recv by mon!" - 8/18/09 "Okay I truly believed u must have recd right now if u dont get nowadays txt me and that I can make agreement with u. He explained he'd deliver by fri."
Williams seemingly have a routine of empty promises. We're not the only real those who have been confused by him (I will elaborate on that individually). I've a duplicate of the brochure Williams offered us and also the suggestion/agreement we decided.
The company card Williams offered us claims Midwest Golfscapes, LLC, telephone numbers 816-522-5527 and 913-707-7713, handle of 101 Bridgeport Travel, Smithville, MO 64089. Midwest Golfscapes, LLC is authorized using the Mo Secretary of Condition with Roy B. Boadwee whilst the authorized broker in the same target. Boadwee can also be outlined because the 100% operator of the fake name registration of Midwest Golfscapes. The 2nd telephone number about the card is for Boadwee but he also offers never delivered my calls. I suppose Boadwee may be the former companion Williams known in his texts.
Additionally, I've experienced contact using the producer of "Waterless Grass" item plus they also provide not been compensated by Midwest Golfscapes due to their item along with other products. They'll not supply their item to Midwest Golfscapes/Dave Williams. Hence, any jobs being done-for additional clients aren't being completed with the product despite representations towards the opposite. I've been touching Periodic Ideas and Trolleys cafe plus they also have experienced issues with the corporation/Dave Williams.
