I too recieved exactly the same letter as others reported here. $11.4 Million. The difference is THE NAMES. My supposed relative was "Williams Laswell". The other names listed on this site are "Wiliiams K", Castner Williams" and "Williams Casha".
I checked the Earth Institute at Columbia University on their list of victims of Katrina.
There was only one with the first name of "Williams" (Williams Marshall) and 31 with the last name of Williams— There is no Castner Williams.
And after weeks of paper work as described in on of the other reports on this site, to be asked for 6100 euros is just wrong...
Too many coincedences, asking for money up front, mail from Spain being posted from Portugal.
C'mon this stinks of fraud...
I know I will be forwarding this letter to authorities.
