We saw a home on the Keller williams website. We called Keller Williams about the home. We went and looked at the home. We made a offer on the home the same day we looked at it. So Keller Williams wrote up a contract stating they were going to put our house on the market so we could buy the other home. The same day Keller Williams called us and told us the offer was denied. So we called the owners of the home and they told us they haven't got a offer in 6 months and were wondering what was going on with the house.
A couple of days past and Keller Williams called and told us that the contract we signed were shreded up and they would forget about the deal. But i thought to myself contract shreding is against the law. Also they had my son sign a release. I also thought to myself the contract was nere in my sons name.

I got to say if i go to buy a house i will make sure i don't buy a house from Keller Williams. I will buy from a realtor i have known for a long time and shes with another company and she hates Keller Williams.
