In September of "09" we ordered an outdoor tent for our daughters christening. When it came, the tent was damaged. The bars at the top were bent and could not be fixed. We contacted the company and they said we can no longer return it. WHAT??? After explaining to them and many e-mails back & forth (mind you through a yahoo account?) they finally responded and said they would send us a return label so we can return it for a new one. NO return label... Contacted them again... No return label. So now here we are in $200 out with a broken tent. We contacted our credit card company to dispute the matter but because of the time lapse, they could not longer help us. I swear this company is ran by a child in a basement. Nothing sounds like it is legitimate and they are very hard to deal with. NO customer service what so ever. THE PRODUCT IS SO POOR and now we are stuck with it. PLEASE SAVE YOURSELF from the the aggravation and never order from this company... Or should i say a child. They are VERY un professional!!! It's disgusting they are even in business. Well, if you can call it a business. GOOGLE them... They have a bad reputation all over the internet, I WISH I KNEW THIS!!!
