I recently bought a 20 by 10 tent from this company. The tent is broken. The bars under the tent that slide out to open the tent are broken so the tent will not open or stay open. I have called them and emailed them several times. They admitted to me that many of their customers have had problems with this tent. They convinced me that I ruined the tent and would send me new parts to the tent that I could replace and then the tent would work. WPIC sent the parts and the tent does still not work and they will not send me a new tent. I paid $279.99 for this tent and all I got was a broken tent that they will not replace. I even told them they could just send me any 20 by 10 tent and they will not do it. Rip off!
