My daughter received your play tent and tunnel as a gift about 5 months ago. Vn#1192852. I have no complaints about the tunne. The tent on the other hand is a problem. After having the tent about a month, one of the pools bent and the tent could no longer set straight. I took the whole thing back to target and exchanged it for the same exact thing. This lasted for about another month and the same thing happened. I am unable to exchange it at target again because my 90day window is over. Now, the tunnel that we got to go with this fits as a unit with the tent. I can't just go get a different type of tent to replace this. All i need is a new set of polls to put the tent together. Please help.
