Bought a Bella Cucina Rocket Blender and a Griddle on the day after Thanksgiving. It was a Macy's sale with $10 rebate on each (total of $20). They do not even have my rebate on file.
They refused my sister's rebate on the grounds that they did not receive it by the deadline. However, I know that she mailed it prior to the postmark date. They threw out the envelope so do not have proof that it was not mailed on time. They just refuse to honor the rebate.
After all the other comments online regarding Sensio, the rebate processor, I will not even call them. I will be calling Macy's directly.
I will never buy Bella Cucina again!
