On the telephone call just before 1/14 I had been informed with a customer support representative at Columbia Gasoline, they didn't turn off providers during winter season.
Our support was turn off on 1/14. I had been compelled to pay for a reconection cost. They stated that they'd evaluate the phone call. On the basis of the records they created on my consideration as study in my experience by boss Jeremy identification 4201, They stated that I had been educated of the possible remove.
I understand that to become fake and that I required another overview of the phone call and that I was refused. I had been informed that it'd have a court-ordered subpeona in order for them to rereview it or provide me having a copy of it.
I obviously told I'd not be disconected and during future calls was informed I'd not spoken to customer support but somebody in a payment or selections/finance department.
Aside From who explained I had been recommended that I had been not at risk to be disconnected throughout the center of winter. I'd like my reconnection costs crdited to my bill.
