John Danaher, owner and principal of River Valley Restoration, is a very unethical and dishonest businessman. He is notorious for changing pricing during the middle of a job, demanding excessive deposits and not completing work as promised.
My dealings with Mr. Danaher were also from the perspective of landlord and I must say his unethical dealings go across the board as he stiffed me for many months' rent. Do not use this individual as you will be very very sorry.
