Sends incompetant contractors and does not stand behind their work

November Nebraska, we bought A - 30 year-old house after having a house examination and chose to buy the house warranty thru HMS. A/D device couldn't be examined because of the season and heat.

In May whenever we began utilizing our air conditioner, it had been not chilling. We named in a state and HMS had an area organization emerge. They decided the device was reduced on freon and included some. Because our agreement didn't protect refrigerant, we'd to cover this, combined with the 75.00 deductible. (May 31)

I named HMS on July 27 to inquire about their plan on standing behind their repairs. I'm informed they just achieve this for 180 days following the preliminary claim., easily had utilized my AC in November, I'd've had this issue then also it would've been protected under their plan (remember, I reside in Nebraska!). Connie at HMS informs me their is nothing they'll do for this case.

Our primary concern is the fact that they delivered me a business for that unique fix also it got the corporation 3 individual excursions to 'repair' the issue. Works out they didn't RESTORE the issue, but simply extended it by putting a band aid about the scenario when obviously more was required.

main point here? Buying any kind of 'expanded' guarantee is INEFFECTIVE! The only real people earning money would be the guarantee people! When they were not, they'dn't be running a business!
