We paid $250 for a frying pan that wassupposed to be nonstick and guaranteed to last for 20 yrs. It lasted less than3 years before it started to stick so bad that we could not use it. We followed all the instructions aboutscrubbing the pan after each use. I called the company and they said to dryscrub it with a 3M pad and that would get the residue off so it would not stickanymore. We tried this and it did notwork. As suggested, we also tried boiling the pan in soapy water which did nothelp either.
I sent it back to the company and they said it is foodaccumulation and it needed to be scrubbed more. They told me they scrubbed one half of thepan for me to show me what needed to be done, and I needed to finish the job, and then it would be as good as new. WhenI got the pan back, I could see no evidence that half of it was now nonstick, and it still stuck everywhere when cooking in it. I talked to them several times again andfollowed their instructions to scrub/boil some more. I scrubbed over and over, and no amount ofscrubbing/boiling helped. These pans are not what they are promoted as being and are arip off! They should not be sold withsuch false claims about how long they will last. Even if all instructions are followed, theywill not last long without sticking. Our money should be refunded due to false advertising. We would have never paid this much money fora frying pan that would only last a fraction of the time it was guaranteed to.
