It is a fraud, No customer service, No returns even though they say it, They lie to you when selling and dont tell that it need SALT (yes, salt) to go into it before use it

It is a fraud, No customer service, No returns even though they say it, They lie to you when selling and dont tell that it need SALT (yes, salt) to go into it before use it.

They never replied to my emails. If you go to them to return they say "I told you while selling that returns are only online" exactly opposite of what he told while selling.
I am like OKAY. He gave me email adress and told they will send a box to put into and return.

So, far I have sent 3 emails with no reply.

And, did they tell you you have to put table salt into it before you use it. They didnt tell you that. Never never. I have 2 people who told me that they never tell you that when selling. When you open instructions at home, i was horrified. THis thing reallly need salt to be put in it before you use it.
