This guy stole $1000 of leftover materials for his next roof project. Lowes was on the way back to pickup the extra materials. Then the homeowner paid him, and he kept all the money. After talking with the homeowner, the job was only for $9600. Less then he agreed to pay us to do the work. He never intended to pay us. After discussing payment arrangements on the phone with him, he flat out denied that he signed the contract. That was after the 50th phone call with him arranging payment. The thing was he was confident that he would get away with it cause he signed Steven Wilson. We found him on the BBB with many similar complaints. His true name is Mr. Steven Paul Wooten. I attached his mug shot, given to me by the detective chasing him for multiple counts of fraud. He has numerous criminal charges on his record. He is currently preying on helpless elderly people.
