Ealtytrade sent me a what they call an offer approx. 3 weeks before the contract was expired. The person whose name they sent could not be located and his email address had been deleted for over a year this however gets them out of the contract, (they think). Bottom line, they ripped me off for $895, gave me nothing, and don't want to discuss it. Don't send these con artists any money if you cannot afford to loose it.
