DO NOT use MLS realty EVER you are locked in a contract for 1 year!!! If things change— you are SCREWED and you NEVER see the full contract you sign ITS ALL LIES! BIG CON artists!
They wont call you back! No help— you need a contract written WONT be the same day! Bunch of crap!
And then when you do go to another realtor YOU STILL PAY THEM 1% —they put a FRIGGIN LIEN on your house! Now what realty company does that!!?? The loser ones! I guess they cant get real contracts so they STEAL from others!
