Followed contract to the letter did not recieve refund

I sighned a contract for them to sell my timeshare within 6 months if no offers or not sold had to send letter of refund within 10 days of contract expiration I sent it and they said will send refund with in 5-10 days. It is now 2 months and they wont take my calls because they dont want to give me back my refund. Every time my husband or I call they hang up on us.
