I had previously purchased many items from Slumberland over a period of time, and noticed that some of those items began to fall apart after a relatively short period of time.in one instance I purchased a mattress from them, and was convinced to pay a large amount extra for a mattress cover to protect the mattress with the guarantee that if the mattress were damaged it would be under warranty. Several months later, water got underneath the protector and the mattress became moldy. I called Slumberland, and spoke with an associate, who gave me the manager, who told me to call the cover company, and said that they wouldn't pay a dime towards the warranty.
I'm always disgusted when loyalty is rewarded by dishonor. If you sell someone a warranty, honor it. These people do not.
