Washer Still Broken After Weeks of Repairs and No Supervisor Call

Kenmore washer 500 series purchased in called in for service 06/23/09 they have already replaced quite a few parts already and are still replacing parts and the machine is not working and I have asked to speak to a supervisor and no one has called me this has gone on for 3 weeks. No regard for customer service.
