Ordered wide plank rustic oak flooring. Total cost was just over $5000.00. After tons of phonecalls and no response, I never got my flooring and I never got my money back. I considered small claims in Clark County Nevada, but before the 3 year statute of limitations expired, they went out of business or closed up shop. -likely to start under a new name with a new website. I was so angered I thought I was going to have a heart attack. I called. My wife called, my father called. Got nothing but runaround from these people. I have never in my life experienced such ruthless business practices.
