Don't ever try and buy from these greedy rude people.
If you have to go into a bidding war for multiple offers they will scam you to lose.
There will be no offers on something for months and the day you want it they will start a bidding war to make the top dollar even in a poor economy.
Then they will tell you to call back at closing and you can find out what it sold for. Well you do that and they will lie to you saying you have to wait until you can find it thru public records. A scam. A cover up for them buying it within the office to not let it go for the full advertised asking price. That's with a cash payment too not needing loans or any other excuses!
I would not buy a dog house from them. Their tactics are low ball, I have seen scum deal more professionally than they do.
You call there and the females that think they know it all, have a rotten unprofessional rude tone of voice, refuse to help and get mouthy to a person they dont even know.
If you are told something by someone in the office more than once and you do it and then they lie and cover up about it and refuse to tell you, the guilt is obvious and its apparent the scams they are doing to make themselves look good.
Its no wonder the economy is in such a mess with housing with coverups and scams like this going on to line the greedy miserable richs pockets and not be honest in dealings.
Money is not what happiness is all about. Its the fact of being honest in transactions, keeping your word, if you cannot keep your word, well in my book you are worthless. And they told more than just myself to call back to get the sale price they forget. Witnesses are as good as photos, they tell a 1,000 words and factual at that!!! You cannot lie when there is more than one person you told...
The bottom line is that who cares who got the house, I don't, I merely was asking for respect and honesty from a company that apparently cannot even spell the words much less be honest!!!
Run dont hide from this realtor, go to anyone but them!
My words to them are this: What goes up will come down, you can think you are all powerful today and rich, well money does not buy the priceless things in life that apparently you are missing to have to sink so low to treat your customers like this!
All actions have a reaction and seriously, there are laws and you will have to answer to someone for your fraud and cover up!!!
