Con Artist: Stole Money Through Real Estate Fraud and Not Full Disclosure. Known associates involved scams Thomas Lewis

Kevin Keutzer is involved in real estate fraud by convincing his "Clients" to invest in real estate with hard money at 18% interest and he only sells houses that are difficult to resell because he wants a higher return on investment since his money is being lent out at 18% interest without his clients knowing that they are being scamed. Once the client purchase the house, he will tell them that he will resale the house but he never markets the houses because he wants to make money with hard money. He will lie straight to your face that he is actively involved in trying to sell your house when in fact, he will tell buyers fauls facts to get them to not buy your house. Also, he will convince you to get a re-finance loan through his mortgage company because he has a mortgage broker license. If you allow him to refinance your 18% hard money loan, then he will delay the process to make more money for himself.

Dont let him convince you that hard money is the best option for your investments because he is only looking out for his own good. He will also sell you houses that are in less desirable location (Example: Near a landfill, out skirts of town, ect.) He will lie straight to your face to make more money for himself than for you (Like he claims he will do) and he does not care if you go bankrupt or not. Kevin Keutzer is a very dishonest person and dont let him convince you that you should trust him. If you are currently working with Kevin or Thomas Lewis, make sure you keep very good accounting records to prove that you are making a loss instead of profits like he will tell you are making.

Thomas Lewis claims he is a ex-football player but he never played football in his life. He will tell you this to gain his trust as a rich, knowledgeable real estate investor.
