We hired the above-mentioned company in good-faith to come to our home and give us a good accessment of two 9 1/2 year old air conditioned systems. We had minor problems, such as one (1) room in our home downstairs was not cooling (Master Bedroom) etc. Prior to paying any money, a professional analogy of both systems were prepared by this company. After spending over $4,000 to fix the suggested problems, we thought we had taken care of both systems for a while. However, every week after those expensive problems were fixed, Indoor Comfort was at our home to fix other non-mentioned analogy problem, which cost us more money. The final straw was when Indoor Comfort came out and advised us that our compressor/condensor had gone out in one of our units and it would cost us another $4,000.
This company tried to explain that this is something that just happens and they had no way of controlling when my unit was going to stop. I begg to differ with them because had they not been to our home every week since their initial visit, perhaps I would trust them to do a good job. A consumer do not pay thousands of dollars and get absolutely nothing in return, EXCEPT A HOT HOME...
After hiring this company in good faith, we got nothing in return. This company can not be trusted...
