My family closed on our first home May 31. We have pics of the living room before Appliance Comfort came out to our home. We have a inspection report and a appraisal report. One week 3 day after moving in our house the A/C went out and wound not come back on. The thing is Fannie May gave us $500.00 in repairs when we signed the contract to buy the home from them. They sent someone out to fix the A/C. Well that being said our home warranty company called out Appliance Comfort to fix the A/C for us. Per out warranty company we paid $100.00 to appliance comfort for our deductible. The service tech came out and purged 2lb of freon off the A/C and reset the A/C he left. That same day 5 hours or so later if stopped working again. I called them back. They told me it would be the next day and someone would be back out. Well the same tech came out and said I did not think about it but the flow meter may be bad.
