I have had a maintenance agreement on two units for 10 years with Kenmark. Recently the air conditioning unit THEY installed did not work and it was under warranty. It took a very long time to get them to respond. When Adam responded, he discovered a leak.instead of fixing the leak, he put black tape around the leak. It worked for one week.

We went back to the unit to spend the weekend only to find that it was 82 degrees in there. Our electricity had been running the unit nonstop trying to get it to the 77 degrees that it's set at.

Again, Adam responded after several phone calls. All he did was to put in more freon and add more tape. The freon leaked out again. Now, the tape he used was melting to a black goo all over the unit and made the unit stink and the inside of our home stink from these melted chemicals.

This process went on several more times. Our electric bill that is normally $35 was now $116.50 and then $159.94, all because the unit ran continuously trying to cool the unit. Also, Adam's co-workers agreed that he did a very bad job and used some kind of a tape to seal the leak that he should have never used.

After all the weekends that were ruined plus the huge amount of aggravation and time spent on something so simple, they had the audacity to present us with a bill for $375 for a WARRANTY item!!! DO NOT USE THEM. You'll be very, very sorry.
