I am a disabled Veteran and hired Mr. Casey to remodel my bathroom back the beginning of May. It took one of his workers twice to get the tile laid in the floor because it was uneven. Even then, it was still uneven after they laid it the second time but we chalked it up to the fact that they had put down new ply wood on one side of the bathroom. The finished the job in enough time for me to use the new tub ONCE prior to my surgery.
Since my surgery, the bathroom has developed a leek from the new toilet that caused tile in the room on the other side of the wall to lift, causing a walking hazard going to the basement door. I stopped using the toilet and once the water dried, we found that several of the tile have now lifted and when you step on them the titter back and forth.
We have no idea what kind of damage we are looking at and with me not being able to work, don't have the money to hire someone to fix it. I have called Mr. Casey and left messages but have had zero response from him.
To say that I am angry is an under statement.
