I bought a Haier refridgerator 2 yr ago w / a 3yr service plan. The gasket seals began falling off after 1 yr. Fast forward to today... The freezer items have frost on everything. A friend advised me to glue it... But why should I when I bought a service warranty that's good for 6 more months. Anyway, I left work to try and be home for a repair person to come... Was given a 3 hr timeframe of 12 pm to 3 pm. I take lunch at 12pm so I go home and wait an hour. I leave at 1:15, (late I know) no show from the repairman... No calls either during this time. I get home at 5pm to find a flag on my door saying the repairman arrived at 12:40.
I can't understand why everybody in the world carries a cell phone but apparently not this guy. No one called me to alert me that he was outside my door. Personally, I think his watch is wrong and he was really off somewhere jerking off and showed up after I'd gone.in any case, where's the award winning service? I'm not impressed!
I also bought a washer and dryer around the same time as the fridge. Now the water doesn't drain from the drum and doesn't seem to want to spin. Now I have to wait until next Tues for service. I have no expectations right now that it'll get fixed anytime soon. I am not feeling (Con) n's right now and I really wish I would've gone to Best buy!
Dont buy Fridgedaire products!!! I know I never will again.
