Sunrise built my pool about 7 years ago.
Within 2 years my Tile was popping off and there was plaster cracks in the pool. It took 6 months and a letter to the BBB to get a response.
They did what they said was a repair and said it wouldnt happen again, but 3 years later the tile was popping up and the copping. I called for 1year with no call back. Finally I got the owner (Don) on the phone who Bs appologized and said he would get back to me... That was 3 months ago!!!
No one should ever use this company! They are the worst pool company in Md.
They should have their MHIC License revoked!!
