I employed Who Owns ABAR do it yourself Anthony Barbagallo to construct a terrace & concrete round the terrace on 3/27/09.
However for me personally I settled him on 3/27/09. He started the task on 3/30/09 as decided. The task was said to be finished in per week. Originally because of the extreme rainfall the concrete part of the task hasn't been finished. I've attempted to no avail to achieve Mr Barbagallo & he's not return my phone. Consequently his company figures are disconnected. I contact his cell & occasionally I'll get text back. I dont think he's the individual responding. He's guaranteed to accomplish the task on many occassision the final day being 6/10/09. He didn't display or return some of my numerous calls. The only real cause I handled him is basically because his organization did my top 2yrs ago. Anthony Barbagallo of Staten Island is unprofessional.
